Ultraviolet oxidation can be used to detect low-concentration organic compounds in water samples, such as drinking water, boiler water, and purified water for laboratory research.
Product Features
1. An eight-way valve can be used to automatically perform acid addition, sample injection, and dilution.
2. The analyzer can employ either persulfate oxidation or high-temperature catalytic oxidation for total carbon measurement, complying with a wider range of industry-standard methods.
3. High-temperature catalytic furnace: Different catalysts can be configured according to the specific sample, and the temperature can be set within a range of 680–900°C.
4. An inorganic carbon reaction unit with heating and temperature control eliminates peak tailing, shortens sample analysis time, and ensures the reproducibility of measurement results.
5. Sample Injection Pump: Employs a syringe pump for sample injection, offering high precision and excellent reproducibility; the injection volume can be controlled according to the sample measurement list.
6. Utilizes high-efficiency Nafion tubing for effective water vapor isolation, eliminating the need for conventional dehydration membranes and further preventing blockage of the gas pathway.
7. Optionally equipped with a 24-position autosampler for unattended operation, saving labor and time.
8. Optional solid-sample injection module for measuring solid and semi-solid samples.
9. The detector’s gas chamber features an electroplated, high-infrared-reflectivity metal inner wall, which minimizes infrared light loss and ensures high detection accuracy.
10. Front-mounted combustion chamber design for ease of operation and maintenance.
11. The detector employs 24-bit A/D conversion technology, resulting in more stable data, lower noise, a wider detection range, and faster response.
12. Long-tube, plug-and-play halogen remover that effectively eliminates the interference of halogens on the detector, eliminating the need for manual loading of the halogen-removal agent.
13. Scalable total nitrogen detector for measuring total nitrogen
14. Complies with the international standard ISO 8245, the National Environmental Protection Standard of the People’s Republic of China HJ 501-2009, and the National Metrological Verification Procedure of the People’s Republic of China JJG 821-2005.
