- An eight-way valve can be used to automatically perform acid addition, sample injection, and dilution.
- The analyzer can employ either persulfate oxidation or high-temperature catalytic oxidation to determine total carbon, complying with a broader range of industry-standard methods.
- High-temperature catalytic furnace, which can be equipped with different catalysts depending on the sample; temperature can be set within a range of 680–900°C.
- A heated and thermostatically controlled inorganic carbon reaction unit eliminates peak tailing, shortens sample analysis time, and ensures the reproducibility of measurement results.
- Sample Injection Pump: Uses a syringe pump for sample injection, offering high precision and excellent reproducibility; the injection volume can be controlled according to the sample measurement list.
- Efficient Nafion tubing is used to effectively isolate water vapor, eliminating the need for conventional dehydration membranes and providing more effective prevention of gas-path blockage.
- Optional 24-position autosampler available for unattended operation, saving labor and time.
- Optional solid-sample introduction module for measuring solid and semi-solid samples.
- The detector’s gas chamber features an electroplated, high-infrared-reflectivity metal coating on its inner walls, minimizing infrared light loss and ensuring high detection accuracy.
- Front-mounted burner design for convenient operation and maintenance.
- The detector employs 24-bit A/D conversion technology, resulting in more stable data, lower noise, a wider detection range, and faster response.
- Long-tube, plug-and-play deionizer that effectively eliminates the impact of ions on the detector, eliminating the need for manual loading of the deionizing agent.
- Scalable total nitrogen detector for total nitrogen measurement
- Complies with the international standard ISO 8245, the National Environmental Protection Standard of the People’s Republic of China HJ 501-2009, and the National Metrological Verification Procedure of the People’s Republic of China JJG 821-2005.
